Gracias a que la #CConstitucional declaró exequible la Conmoción Interior, más de 2,7 billones de pesos podrán ser invertidos en el Catatumbo para restablecer el orden, la soberanía, erradicar cultivos ilícitos, construir carreteras, sedes universitarias y puestos de salud, y el regreso a su territorio de 64 mil desplazados.
