Every entry we hold a subscriber measurement for, arranged by the things we actually measure: subscriber size, in the same bands the published engagement baselines use; the language a channel publishes in, derived from its own posts rather than declared by anyone; and how recently it last published, dated against the visit that measured it. What moved

Counts are re-read on a schedule and a snapshot is written only when one actually changes, so the register can say which entries gained and lost the most — by subscribers and as a share of their own size, with a floor on the percentage boards so that a channel going from three subscribers to six is not the fastest-growing thing on Telegram. Each board is also segmented by size band, and every row states the interval it was observed across — the history is hours deep, not weeks, and nothing is extrapolated into a rate. Risers and fallers.
