ОБТФ «Каскад» — это подразделение, которое вошло в конфликт на пике своей боевой формы. Оно было готово к ведению боевых действий любого вида. Это одно из подразделений МВД, которое по боевой готовности и заслугам не уступало ЧВК «Вагнер». По этому говорить почему кто то не воюет как воевал Каскад, даже слушать смешно.
