لماذا تشعر بالنعاس عند #الملل ؟؟ يوجد بالمخ اجزاء مسئولة عن الدوافع الايجابية و المتعة للانسان. في حال عدم وجود دافع او متعة يختبرها المخ ( مثلا في فصل المدرسة ) تقوم هذه الخلايا بارسال رسائل للمخ بان الجسم يحتاج النوم. وهذا ما يسبب النعاس و كثير من الاحيان لا يفرق الشخص بينه و بين النعاس العادي..... 📬قناة.المعرفة.tt @Almarrfa
