كثرةُ الذّكر تشرح الصدر، وتكشف الغم والهمّ عن القلب. وتأمّل في يونس عليه السلام إذ نادى في الظلمات: ( أن لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين). فأتاهُ الجواب: (فاستجبنا له ونجّيناه من الغمّ وكذلك ننجي المؤمنين). فمن ضاق صدره، وتكدّر خاطره، وضاقت عليه نفسه، فهو يشعر بحرارة ضيقها، ولهيب غمّها وهمّها، دونك علاج الذكر، فالذاكرون كثيرا لا يعرف الهمّ إلى قلوبهم طريقا، وإن حاول فسرعان ما يولي دبره.
