آدم گاهی مثلِ کسی میمونه که تو اتوبان، سرش رو از شیشه کرده بیرون و داره عقب رو نگاه میکنه. گره خوردن به گذشته یعنی همین؛ اینقدر خیره به پشت سرت میمونی که جادهی پیشِ روت رو نمیبینی و کمکم یادت میره داری کجا میری. گذشته فقط یه درسِ، نه یه خونه که بخوای توش زندگی کنی. اگه هر روز بندِ پاهات رو به خاطرهها گره بزنی، چطور میخوای قد بکشی و به سمتِ چیزی که قراره بشی، حرکت کنی؟ گاهی برای اینکه زندگی کنی، باید بیرح…

آدم امیدواریام، ولی شب که میشه انگار فکرها دستبهدست هم میدن تا بریزن سرم. اونقدر سنگین میشن که دیگه نمیتونم از پسشون بربیام. همون موقعه که امیدم کمرنگ میشه و ناامیدی یواشیواش میاد میشینه روی دلم و ولکن هم نیست.

تحقیر بدترین ضربهایه که میتونی به یه آدم بزنی. زخمش دیده نمیشه، ولی تا تهِ وجودش میسوزه. اون حرف، اون نگاه، اون رفتار… میمونه. سالها میگذره، ولی هر بار تو یه موقعیت مشابه قرار بگیره، دوباره همون لحظه جلوی چشمش زنده میشه. تحقیر مثل یه سایهست؛ ولکن نیست، هر بار یادش میافته یه تیکه از اعتمادبهنفسش میریزه. آدم از بیرون سالمه، ولی از درون کمکم نابود میشه.
