3️⃣ إذا طلب منك الدكتور التخفيف القاعدة الأساسية: C₁V₁ = C₂V₂ يعني: C₁ = التركيز الأصلي V₁ = الحجم الذي تسحبه من الدواء C₂ = التركيز النهائي المطلوب V₂ = الحجم النهائي بعد التخفيف مثال تعليمي غير مخصص لدواء معين: عندك محلول 10 mg/mL وتريد تحضير تركيز 1 mg/mL بحجم نهائي 10 mL: 10 × V₁ = 1 × 10 إذن: V₁ = 1 mL ثم يُستكمل الحجم إلى 10 mL بالمذيب المناسب حسب تعليمات المستحضر والبروتوكول.
