Всем добрый день! Бедный, никому не подчиняющийся центральный банк. Он явно крайний по 665му указу. Смешная история. Как работает 665й я понимаю. Но сроки выполнения знает Минфин, который коментариев не дает. А ЦБ не знает, но обязан давать пояснения.... Всем доброе утро! Кстати, в Санкт-Петерьурге тоже есть подобное заведение. Как и в любом суб'екте Российской федерации (ишется в поиске). Там чиновники скурпулезно ведут прием, сортируют проблемы от населения и отправляют отчеты, за что и получают зарплату. Реально они ничего не решают, но папочка у тех, кто реально принимает решения, будет постепенно наполнятся.... Так что если есть свободное время.... сходите.... …

Всем доброе утро! Судя по всему, программа замещения белорусских государственных облигаций свернута. Сначала минфин РБ ушел в режим сайтомолчания.... теперь вот в справочнике белорусских бумаг в НРД ничего нового нет, что позволяет сделать вывод о том, что 4-го замещения 27й не было. о! Не прошло и пол дня, как на биржу вышла 27я 3го разлива.Пол года понадобилось.... Осталось три загадки мирового масштаба: 1. 30, 31я 3го разлива где?:) 2. А как там с 4м раундом замещения 27й?:) Сайт минфина молчит. КД поздно уже. 3.
