Ну что ж, почти все позиции выросли очень даже хорошо (сбер помимо роста дал еще дивидендную доходность ~16%). Закрываю полностью Полюс, половину позиции по Самолету и Novabev Group (белуга). На освободившиеся деньги докуплю облигации, которые дадут более предсказуемый доход👍

💡Неделю назад продал часть облигаций и купил немного акций российских компаний. Поводом стали слишком низкие значения индекса Мосбиржи, которые отражают цены на акции. Почти все позиции уже в хорошем плюсе - ещё попал под выплату дивидендов Сбера. Пока акции не докупаю, так как считаю, что цены будут ниже. Купоны с облигаций продолжают приходить👍

Давно не было постов, но сегодня появился приятный повод - погашение облигаций ВУШ, которые я покупал с доходностью 27,5%. 💡Следующие на очереди - Электрорешения через пару дней. А затем и Самолет 15 выпуск (это будет самой доходной моей идеей под погашение за текущий год)

Не стал ждать среды, публикую сегодня свой портфель облигаций. А все потому что наконец-то достиг цели в 3 000 рублей купонами ежемесячно. С нуля у меня на это ушло 16 месяцев. Постепенные пополнения и реинвестирование купонов дали о себе знать. Сейчас наращивать свой портфель становится проще. ✔️Там через 10 дней на биржу выходит с новым выпуском Ред Софт с купоном 19-20% годовых сроком на 2,5 года. По сравнению с уже торгующимися облигациями доходность нового выпуска выше на 1-2% (в зависимости от финальной ставки купона). Эмитент имеет свежий (от апреля 2026 года) рейтинг ВВВ+ и хорошие финансовые показатели за прошедший год. Соотношение риск/доходность очень даже приемлемое в текущих экономических усло…

Всем привет! Сегодня среда, а значит время поделиться актуальной таблицей облигаций, которые я держу в своем портфеле. На данный момент в моём портфеле 194 облигации. ✔️В месяц приходит 2 965₽ 🎯 Цель - 3 000₽ Полученные купоны не вывожу, а реинвестирую в новые облигации.
