📉 Зияющие высоты снижения неустойки 🙅♂️ Отличный пример того как не надо поступать судам, разрешая вопрос о снижении неустойки! 🍄 Недавно описывал фееричный случай из практики, где суд снизил сумму пени в 37 раз, упав при этом ниже двукратной ставки ЦБ. Без каких-либо обоснований, просто потому, что мог себе позволить 🍷 🥸 Оказывается это не предел. 🙂 АСГМ в деле № А40-291882/2024 снизил пеню в 44 раза! 😳😳 ...и 9А…
