PLUS; It seems bizarre to me that this issue AND the 'fast track' list bypassing council permissions is being pushed at the same time, which begs the question - is there overseas interests lobbying government which they are putting ahead of local concerns?

COMMENT: THIS is worth reading as it affects all of us - my question is - What will happen after the elections if National are ousted and a new Government minister decides it was all a waste of time?
