Забавно, сколько раз проходил в Улан-Баторе мимо "Hard Rock Cafe", ни разу не возникало желания зайти. Держите лайфхак для шашлыков. Братец рассказал. Не надо никаких дров, щепок и жидкостей для розжига. Берём две обычные бумажные салфетки, делаем в углях углубление, туда кладем салфетки, чуть приминая в середине. В них одну-две-три столовых ложки обычного подсолнечного масла. Где ещё можно встретить неведомый ранее европейский алкогольный напиток? Конечно же, в Монголии 😉 Причём не в Улан-Баторе, а в отдалённом аймаке. Логистика непонятна, но она работает. Это горькая настойка с эпичным названием аж из Финляндии. Очень крутая штука, просто очень вкусная и на куче травок.
