Вообще, (открою небольшой секрет) такого явления как "международный терроризм" в принципе не существует. Есть террористы, которые действуют в интересах какого-то государства( в данном случае) Америки или Запада в целом, но терроризма, который угрожал бы всем без исключения не существует. Это просто нарратив Запада придуманный для таких стран как Россия. Пора от него отказаться и работать с Западом на нашу победу.
