یک زمانی، مجبور بودیم خودمان را با آلمان و کشورهایی از این قبیل مقایسه کنیم و خوشحال باشیم که از آنها جلوتریم. الان خیلی راحت و نزدیک خودمان را با افغانستان مقایسه می کنیم. یعنی توانسته ایم چقدر مسیر را کوتاه کنیم. پیشرفت از همین چیزهای ساده است.

هوشیارهای دیوانه ماشین درست روبروی در پارکینگ پارک شده بود و آقا ولی نمیتوانست برای دوهزار و خوردَهمین بار با همسایهاش جر و بحث کند. عینکش را میزان کرد و یکی از اون جملههایی که همه در اینگونه مواقع میگویند و مواظب هستند کسی نشنود را زیر لب گفت. ترمز دستی ماشین خوابیده بود. آقا ولی با کت و شلوار شروع به هل دادن کرد تا شاید ماشین کمی جابهجا شود. مهدی که جزء یکی از پذیرفتهشدگان در خیل دیوانگان محل بود، عینک آفتابی…

مسئولین برخی امور، با گوشه ی چشمشون، چشم خواهر برادری چیزی را زیر لباس طرف می بینند که ما تمام چشم هم نمی بینیم! می دونند کی را برای چه کاری استفاده کنند. آدم باید خیلی هرزه باشه. با مسئول حراست رفته بودیم بازدید مدرسه ی دخترانه. اردوی درون مدرسه ای داشتند. یکهو مسئول محترم حراست،از این سمت حیاط به آن سمت حیاط رفت و من هم دنبالش رفتم. دختری جورابش کوچک بود و اندکی از مچ پایش هویدا شده بود!

برق که سال 1264اومد؛ در زمان قاجار بی کفایت می گفتند کار شیطانه و نباید استفاده بشه. حالا هم روزی دو سه سات قطع می کنند که پایین کمر شیطان بسوزه که هدفش ترویج خلاف بوده. اینکار باعث میشه زهر برق بیریزه و از شدت خلافش کم بشه. ربطی به بی کفایتی و ناتوانی هم نداره.
