Пока новых новостей нет, я решил еще раз помусолить обмен Брауна. С момента сделки прошло уже достаточно долго, за это время высказаны примерно все теории, объясняющие именно такую структуру сделки (т.е. почему так мало). В тексте разобраны все доводы в пользу того, почему Браун должен был быть дешев, и мы как бы не должны удивляться
