Снова выходим на связь с безалкогольной новинкой от Jaws! Kölsch Alco-Free — немецкий кёльш, сусло для которого сделано в два раза легче обычного, а закладку хмеля, наоборот, увеличили. Получилось понятное легкое летнее пиво с небольшой горечью, но без алкоголя. 0.5% алкоголя.

Новинка от Jaws Brewery в бутылках объемом 0.75л, которая ждала своего часа 3(!) года в винных бочках. Три Зимы — оуд брюн с добавлением брусники, купаж пива из малых винных бочек двух и трехлетней выдержки. Перед розливом пиво 3 месяца настаивалось на брусничных ягодах. За время длительной выдержки сорт приобрел объемную кислотность, глубокие винные, древесные и сливовые оттенки. Последующее купажирование и мацера…

Редкие и сложные гости из Италии от Sieman на 10 кране! Piccola Saison x LaTana - бленд молодого сэйзона и эля спонтанного брожения полуторагодичной выдержки с добавлением ржаного солода и виноградного сусла. Поставили на кран пиво для любителей вечерних завтраков :) Jaws Oatmeal Stout — овсяный стаут с мягким шоколадно-кофейным профилем и бархатной текстурой. Овёс делает вкус более округлым и гладким, а тёмные солода добавляют оттенки кофе, какао и лёгкой обжаренности. В нем вы не найдёте излишней сладости, горечи, жжёности или сухости. 5 кран. 5.2% алкоголя.

Новое на кранах! Два легких и освежающих, но очень разных сорта от Jaws. Blanche и Light IPA: на чьей стороне ты? Попробуй оба и реши. Blanche - пшеничный эль в бельгийском стиле с добавлением кориандра и корки померанца. 3 кран. 4.5% алкоголя.
