Многие этого ждали и это свершилось. Последнюю неделю был конфуз на Wall Street и не был найден консенсус среди брокеров: Point72 говорили 25 bps, Goldman Sachs - 50 bps, JPM сказали между 25-50 bps. Снижение было 50 bps. Следующий вопрос - а что это значит? Это говорит нам о том, что экономическая ситуация в США намного хуже, чем предсказывали новости.
