بنظرم چیزی که خیلی نگران کنندست خود ترندها نیستن،اینه که چقدر راحت میتونن مرز بین چیزی که دوست داریم و چیزی که بهمون تحمیل کردن دوست داشته باشیم رو از بین ببرن.

مثلا شاید تو واقعا از لیلیوم خوشت نیاد، اما وقتی هزاران بار میبینیش، وقتی همه ازش تعریف میکنن و وقتی تبدیل میشه به نماد زیبایی، یه جایی ممکنه با خودت بگی نکنه باید دوستش داشته باشم؟در حالی که قرار نبود سلیقه ما هم مثل ترندها الگوریتمی بشه.

نمیدونم شما هم با من هم نظر هستید یا نه ولی این روزا سوشالمدیا ی جور عجیبی ترسناک شده.انگار یک الگوی مشخص برای چطور زندگی کردن ساخته شده.اینکه چه گلی قشنگه، چه نوشیدنیجذابه، چه لباسایی باید بپوشی، چه لوازم آرایشی داشته باشی و حتی چه چیزایی رو دوست داشته باشی.ترسناکتر این که اگر سلیقت با این الگو جور نباشه، کمکم بهت این حس رو میده که انگار ی جای کارت میلنگه.

راه حل دیگه Timeboxing،یعنی به خودت زمان محدودی برای فکرکردن بده،مثلا بگو فقط 20 دقیقه فرصت دارم برای روش انجام فلان کار تصمیم بگیرم. باعث میشه بیش از حد فکر و تحلیل نکنی.

بهجای اینکه زمان و انرژیت رو صرف پیدا کردن بهترین انتخاب کنی، تصمیمی را انتخاب کنی که منطقی، کافی و متناسب با هدفت باش و طبق همون پیش بری.
