Здравствуйте, коллеги! 1. Мы доработали и усовершенствовали систему обновления объявлений в базе МЛС, теперь объявления обновляются с высокой частотой. Вероятность найти неактуальный объект в базе - околонулевая. 2. Почистили базу от неактуальных объявлений 3. Изменили условия для отображения раздела "Динамика сделок квартир, комнат". Раздел отображается всем пользователям mls. В данном разделе отображаются на графике количество сделок за период и средняя цена за м2 + расширенные фильтры для более точечного анализа. Если понадобятся дополнительные фильтры типа площади, пишите, пожалуйста, в комментарии.

Поправили экспорт в excel в базе сделок. Теперь выгружается текущая страница с учетом выбранного количество строк на странице (30,50 или 100) и примененных фильтров
