Премʼєр здійснив робочу поїздку на Сумщину. Зустрівся з військовими. Вже є перші рішення і щодо антидронового захисту, і щодо відповідальних за незадовільне виконання планів стійкості на державному рівні. Знаючи частину процесів зсередини, хотів написати зовсім в іншому тоні. Але втримаюся від емоцій і переходу на особистості. P.S. Моє «Зміни попереду» від 21 липня, схоже, було не таким уже й загадковим. 😉
