لما انولد البيبي، كان عنده abdominal wall defect والأمعاء كانت طالعة برا البطن بدون غشاء، فتم تغطيتها مباشرة بـ protective bag / silo، الهدف منه نحافظ على الأمعاء من infection، ونمنع fluid loss و hypothermia، وكمان نخفف الضغط عليها لحد ما يصير surgical management. من أول لحظة كان البيبي واضح عليه الألم، عشان هيك أعطوه fentanyl و morphine كـ pain control، لأنه الألم العالي ممكن يرفع stress response ويأثر على التنفس وا…
