البته اینو بگم هیچ کسو به قرص خوردن ترقیب نمیکنم من شرایطم فرق داشت روزی ۳-۴ بار پنیک میشدم و واقعا حس مرگ داشتم شبا نمیخوابیدم و غذا نمیخوردم و مجبور بودم قرص بگیرم و دکترم هم واقعا خوبه و از ایناست که اتفاقا مخالفه قرص خوردنه و میگه استرس واسه همه نیازه و نمیشه ۱۰۰ درصد حذفش کرد ولی خوب میگم شرایط من داشت اسیب میزد بهم الانم قرصایی که داده واقعا کمترین دز ممکنه و دو ماه بعد گفت شروع میکنیم حذفشون اگه حالت خوب بود. …

راه دیگه ای ندارم چون نمیشه از شرایط فرار کرد یا ایگنور چون داریم توش زندگی میکنیم ومستقیما باهاش درگیریم ولی شاید بشه یکم خودتو اروم تر کنی که کمتر اذیت شی
