Закончился июль - 2026 на моем пенсионном счёте. 51 236 руб. кеш. 38 600 руб. погашения и аморты. 12 600 руб. - прибавка к пенсии будущей бабушки. В текущем моменте это коммуналка, связь и подписки )) Эксперимент продолжается. 🎰 Текущая скорость портфеля 16,5% годовых.
