اتمنى الناس تستوعب ان الانسان يمر بشي مهم جدا اسمه "ضغط نفسي" يتعب بدون اي سبب يكره كل شي ويسحب نفسه من كل الناس مو كرها فيهم بس تعبان لاسباب صغيره تتراكم مع الوقت فتره بسيطه لازم الكل يقدرها لانها مارح تنقص من قدركم عند الشخص كثر مارح تزيده لانكم مكبرين عقلكم ومتفهمين .
