Обожаю. Глубокое. Тотальное проваливание в бездну расслабления💜 Когда есть только ты и тебя есть одновременно. Расслабление уровня растворения. Когда не чувствуешь тело, но чувствуешь легкий прохладный ветерок сквозь тело. Это перезагрузка психики и тела одновременно. Как же я кайфую от этого процесса центрирования. Что бы лучше расслышать, не закрывайте глаза Китайские ученые решили провести эксперимент. В эксперименте участники пытались различить тихие звуки на фоне шума. И неожиданно оказалось, что с открытыми глазами они справлялись с заданием лучше, чем с закрытыми. Погружаюсь в телесную терапию еще глубже, через опыт потрясающих учителей.. И как же они описывают все те мои состояния, которые висели большим вопросом в начале моей практики. Я до ответов дошла сама. И теперь, как вишенку на торте получаю подтверждение своим предположениям… Учусь и растекаюсь ☀️ в блаженстве. Меньше знаешь лучше спишь, сказали мне тут недавно после сессии, раскопав очередной слой Но, на самом деле 😇Меньше знаешь хуже спишь и приходишь к паническим атакам.
