میدونی حالا دور از هرچیزی واقعا هیچکس پرفکت به معنای واقعی نیس. هرکس یه ضعفی داره که کاملا ام طبیعیه و بخشی از بدنش شده به سبب حالا ژنتیک یا محیط یا شیوه زندگی و کارش. بعد من به این فک میکنم این ادم اینهمه چیز به من گف، به اون بنده خداهایی که تازه عزمشونو جزم کردن باشگاهو شروع کنن یا مثلا یه مشکلی دارن که دکتر تجویز کرده واقعا اصلاحی کار کنن، با این نوع دیدگاه واقعا همون یذره اعتماد به نفس و امیدشون به بهبودی و پیشرف…
اعتماد به نفس بچه ها؛ هیچی اعتماد به نفس تو زندگی نمیشه. الان پذیرش یه باشگاهی با دوبرابر وزن من بدون هیچ ماهیچه ای به منی که چن ساله کارم باشگاهه درحالی که پشت چشاشو نازک کرد و ریجکتم کرد از ورود عمومی، ایراد گرفت که شونه هام ناهماهنگه و بهم نمیخوره بدنسازی کار کنم:).
