وهذا اليوم يوم جديد قد أمهلني الله تعالى فيه، ولو توفّاني لكنت اشتهي أن يرجعني إلى الدنيا لأعمل صالحًا! فاحسبي يا نفسي أنك توفيت ورجعتِ إلى الدنيا يومًا واحدًا، واجتهدي في هذا اليوم الواحد، وانظري لنفسك...

جاءت البشرى بالولد لزكريا عليه السلام بعد أن بلغ من الكبر عتيّا وهو قائم في المحراب يصلي: "فنادته الملائكة وهو قائمٌ (يصلي) في المحراب" قائمٌ يصلي! "إنها الصلاة" اللهم اجعل قرة أعيننا في الصلاة برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين🫶🏻♥️.

(وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ هِيَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ) «كسرُ ميل النَّفس عن هواها مخافةً للهِ، وخشيةً منه، سببٌ عظيمٌ لنيلِ رضا اللّٰه ومحبّتهٍ وجنته، فطوبى لمن كان هواه تبعا لأمرِ مولاه، فإن النفوسَ تَبتلِى بالشهوات، ولا ينجو منها إلا مَن قدم مرضاة اللّٰه على رغباته، وصبرَ عن الحرامِ، واحتسبَ مجاهدةَ نفسِه، فكان جزاؤه أن تكونَ الجنة هي المأوى.

يُذكر عن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه أنه قال: "من بورِك له في شيء فليَلزمه" وفيه الحث على السبق في ما فتح الله به على العبد من أي طاعة.
