Иногда мне становится грустно от мысли,что мы закрываем направление маркетплейсов. Только на ВБ с 2021 года мы продали на небольшом ассортименте более 235 000 единиц товаров,в основном это платья. И можно было бы сидеть докручивать-перекручивать модель до нужных цифр(как мы делали это раньше),но надо смотреть правде в глаза - сил и желания на это нет. Совсем. Не. Хочется. Хоть и возможно быть прибыльным, я дово…

Говорят,что после закрытия одной двери 🚪… открывается новая. С ВБ я решила уже , мы просто распродаем остатки (кстати кому нужны карточки, могу продать с лекалами и тканью карточку). Могу поделиться контактом своего закупщика. Многие просили её , я конечно не давала. Но раз расформировываю отдел,хочу,чтоб было полезно и ей и вам. Там большой опыт работы с производствами России,Киргизии, Китай и др. Мне она закрывала все вопросы работы и закупок тканей,фурнитуры, создания одежды. Первые 3-3,5 месяца меня периодически накрывало от того,что я неэффективная. Мне всегда надо было работать и чего-то добиваться. Самое большое осознание в работе после родов. То,что работа на ВБ и ОЗОН без своего сайта и иных каналов продаж - это не бизнес и работа в найме я давно понимала. Да и работать я начала через 4-5 после рождения малыша. Эта ткань всегда в дефиците в хорошем качестве и количестве на рынке. У магазинов типа Стартекс она выше почти в 2 раза (и мало по наличию). Цвета самые непрогораемые (базовые) и будут актуальны всегда Мы заказывали по 5-10 км на цвет, продают остатки свои в виду смены ассортимента.
