Тревожные мы Видел мем, там давался хороший совет от тревоги (списком: накопления в размере 10 ЗП, отдых на море 3-4 раза в год, стабильная работа со щадящим графиком и еще несколько пунктов (если у кого есть такая картинка, прошу очень прислать).
