السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ذكرتم في شرحكم الأخير على متن أبي شجاع أن صلاة الكسوف يُنادى لها في المسجد بقول : "الصلاة جامعة". السؤال هل يُشرع التبكير بإعلان الصلاة للمصلين قبل وقتها خاصة أنّ في الغرب يمنعون النداء والأذان ؟ فإذا لم يكن إعلان قد تفوت الصلاة لأغلب الناس… الجواب: أرجو أن يكون هذا جائزا إن شاء الله، بالنظر إلى قضية منع الأذان. #أجوبة_أسئلة_الدروس

أحسن الله إليكم شيخنا، لدي سؤال على شرح نزهة النظر. بالنسبة للحديث الذي اختلف العلماء في تصحيحه وتضعيفه، فإذا ترجح القول بصحته فلماذا لا يقال: إنه يفيد العلم، هل ذلك لأجل بقاء احتمال عدم صحته؟ الجواب: لا مانع أن يكون مفيدا للعلم مع الاختلاف في صحته، بشرط أن يكون هذا الاختلاف ضعيفا لا وجه له، وتكون الحجة على التصحيح ظاهرة، وهذا يعرفه أهل هذا الشأن. وأما الاختلاف القوي؛ فهنا يأتي ما ذكره السائل. #أجوبة_أسئلة_الدروس
