Не допускайте продолжительных пауз между уроками. Намного лучше разбить один урок на несколько частей, но каждый день делать какую-либо часть, чем смотреть один урок, условно, 1-го сентября, а второй 9-го сентября. https://t.me/al_uloom_77

Когда ты хочешь побыстрее все закончить и раздражаешься или испытываешь тревогу, если что-то не получается взять с первого раза.
