Что касается тура – это было очень круто! В плане организации, подобранных виноделен, мест, где мы побывали... Все было на уровне! Как обычно, чертовски повезло с компанией: ребята подобрались огненный огонь, все были на одном общем вайбе и это всегда круто)) Женя Озерная – организатор поездки – святой человек, она терпела всю дичь, что мы творили, и только улыбалась))) Ссылка на ее канал @vino_radosty

Я решила, что хватит)) Чертовски утомительно описывать вот это вот все))) Перечислю только, что у нас было еще: Имение Сикоры (из прикольного - их главный винодел 29-летняя девушка, побудитель в номинации Лучший молодой винодел) Гай-Кодзор (их я просто давно знаю и люблю. Соотношение цена/качество просто топчик) Усадьба Маркотх (офигенная мальвазия!) Мысхако (самая крупная винодельня в нашем маршруте. Заявлено 7 …

Что мне нравится в Скалистом, так это их концепция заботы о природе. Да, наверняка примерно все владельцы заботятся об окружающей среде, но в Скалистом это возвели в разряд ценностей, чуть ли не миссии компании, и много об этом говорят. Винодельня граничит с реликтовыми лесами заповедников Большой и Малый Утриш. Понятное дело, нельзя не использовать эту тему. И в Скаличстом ее отрабатывают на 100%. Мне и здание винод…

Это пробовали в январе. Тогда не впечатлились совсем. За прошедшие 9-10 мес. вино явно подросло и стало интересным) взяли домой бутылочку)

Топовая линейка Скалистого берега - Красная книга. Оно офигенное. Было в январе, осталось сейчас и, я уверена, ещё много лет будет классным. Можно пить сейчас, можно брать на выдержку - не прогадаете.

Экскурсия по виноградникам, по производственной линии. Именно здесь стоит та самая оптика для отбраковки некачественного материала, про которую говорил Алексей Сидоренко в Раевском. Никаких вам "оптических бабушек", здесь про высокие технологии
