Вчера ходила на нейрографику. Рисовали мандату мечты. Интересно так все развернулось - обычно из мечты формируется цель. Я же пришла поработать с конкретной целью (семинар по ГНМ), но в итоге у меня ещё чётче сформировалась мечта - формирования общества сводных, счастливых и здоровых людей. Первая десятка после перерыва в тренировках! 🎉 Хотим с друзьями пойти на трехтысячник. И хоть высота не большая, но требует определенной физический подготовки Первая попытка взойти на эту гору потерпела фиаско. У меня началась горняжка на высоте около 2000 м.
