Легендарная гостиница «Приморская» откроется после масштабной реконструкции в 2027 году Планировка гостиницы 1930-х годов морально устарела, к тому же конструктивная схема не соответствовала сейсмическим условиям Сочи. После реставрации открылся мемориальный дом Н.А. Островского Ровно 90 лет назад писатель вселился в этот дом и прожил в нём пять месяцев. Реставрация дома стала первой комплексной за более чем 40 лет – капитально здание не ремонтировалось с 1980 года.
