1/ AP Humerus (Anterior–Posterior) Postion: • يقف أو يجلس المريض مع إبعاد الذراع قليلًا عن الجسم. • تُوجَّه راحة اليد إلى الأمام (Supination). • يكون المرفق ممدودًا إذا أمكن. • يجب أن يشمل التصوير مفصل الكتف ومفصل المرفق بالكامل. structure show : . عضم العضد بالكامل دون دوران. • تُرى (Epicondyles) بشكل متوازي • يشمل التصوير المفصلين القريب والبعيد.
