آره خلاصه اونجا بنده به سوسیس آلمانی ایمان آوردم بعد یه روز داشتیم همینجوری خرید هفتگی میکردیم که این پسره اینو دید و گفت من از اینا خیلی دوست دارم. بعد باز یک نفس عمیق کشیدم و گفتم بیا از روی ظاهر قضاوتش نکنیم و گفتم بگیر امتحانش کنم. بچهها وای. انقدر خوشمزه است که پشمام ریخته، یعنی جدی باورم نمیشه گوشتی که کباب نیست و توی آب ولرم آماده میشه و پروسس شده است توانایی داره همچین مزهای بده ولی همچین مزهای میداد.

اَماااا. بنده هفتهی دوم که اینجا بودم گفتم بابا یک دلیلی داره حتما انقدر سوسیساشون معروفه، بیا و یک شانسی بده شاید بعد از عمری از یک سوسیس خوشت اومد. جای شما خالی یه جا هاتداگ گرفتیم و حقیقتا جشنوارهای از طعم و مزه بود در دهان بنده. اصلا کلمات در توصیفش عاجزند، باید بگم اون بلاگر ایرانیه که سه تا قصیده میگه واسه اصغر سگپزی بیاد توصیفش کنه.

یادمه خیلی سال پیش یه توییت دیده بودم یکی داشت مسخره میکرد که یکی از معروفترین سوسیسهاشون Münchner Weißwurst یعنی سوسیس سفید مونیخیه. بعد اینو چجوری آماده میکنن؟ آبو میذارن گرم شه قبل ازینکه جوش بیاد از روی حرارت برش میدارن و سوسیسها رو میندازن ده دیقه توی آب ولرم بمونه بعد درش میارن و با خردل شیرین میخورنش :))))

دیگه جونم براتون بگه که، یه سفر رفتیم مونیخ؛ خیلی شهر خوشگلیه جدی، یکی دو بار دیگه برم ممکنه یهو جای پراگ رو توی قلبم بگیره. هیچوقت فکر نمیکردم جایی نزدیک پراگ بشه واسم ولی به این شهر ۱۰/۱۰ میدم.
