Интересный вопрос, что становится более критичным для аутичного человека: 1) Если он справляется с жизнью, то пока он не выгорел, часто справляется так, что окружающие вокруг нередко думают, что он «неубиваемый» (сильный, спокойный, эффективный и при РАС + СДВГ, может быть впечатление, что многое успевает). 2) То, что пока он не выгорел, он и сам зачастую думает, что «неубиваемый» или по крайней мере все время пытает…

Люди в спектре, поделитесь пожалуйста опытом, с нейротипичными или аутичными психологами / психотерапевтами у вас опыт удачный (и неудачный) сложился? Есть ли разница, если была возможность сравнить, какие ощущения?

Хождения по неврологам раз в полгода - год, с жалобой «что-то я не вывожу» (и списком симптомов по пунктам), курсы ноотропов, метаболических препаратов, капельниц с магнезией и B12, кортексин (чем черт не шутит), а затем раз и РАС, спустя прилично лет таких развлечений, когда уже не помогает «дружба с неврологом». Это путь, который проходят многие нейроотличные.

Иногда наличие большого количества проектов, обучений, кредитов, активностей - может быть дополнительным симптом и следствием СДВГ. Особенно, когда у человека уже есть РАС, заметить СДВГ за кажущейся размеренностью и собранностью бывает непросто. Тем временем, внутри вас будто бы аутист живет с СДВГшником: один требует завершения дел и медленно переключения, другой суетстися и все время переключается. Один хочет пост…

Одна из проблем диагностики с СДВГ при РАС такова: СДВГ часто не видно со стороны из-за спектра, который делает человека с РАС на вид более сдержанным и «замедленным». (А последствия и полюшки в подарок все и сразу)

Одна из болей аутичного человека, когда он может осознать, что основные люди, к которым его тянуло годами - тоже были аутичны. Это наблюдение может порождать как усиление одиночества и изоляции (изоляция от социума, от активного мира), так и создавать ощущение разделенности с кем-то своего переживания и единства; а порой и то и другое одновременно.

Нередко зависимое поведение, особенно у подростков, может быть связано с наличием СДВГ. #РАС #сенсорнаячувствительность Ну что ж, пришли рекламируемые всеми беруши. Честно – я не поняла. Себя слышу в них ещё громче, а подавление окружающих звуков почти неощутимое. Для меня идеальны - большие строительные наушники, если уже подбирается сенсорный перегруз. (Похожи на музыкальные.)
