عن الإمام التابعي الحسن البصري: في الرجل يستحلفه السلطان على أن يدل على رجل مسلم، أو على ماله، فقال: يحلف ويكفر يمينه. [مصنف ابن أبي شيبة] يعني لا يدل على مسلم ولا على ماله ولا يسلمه لهم وبعض السفهاء يظن أن هذه منقبة ومن محبة بلده ويكأنه يسلمه إلى عمر بن الخطاب !
