Поддержка прибыла курьером Всё-таки один неожиданный жест и правда выцепляет из рутины лучше длинных разговоров. И очень тепло знать, что рядом есть мои люди. Нередко буду писать и про онкологию. Недавно в канале хирурга-колопроктолога, онколога вышел интересный клинический случай. У пациентки с раком ректосигмоидного отдела на КТ выявили два метастаза в печени. После четырёх курсов химиотерапии оба уменьшились. Болит живот — пора на КТ-энтерографию? Не при любой боли конечно. Но если подозревают патологию тонкой кишки, обычной КТ брюшной полости может быть недостаточно.
