A hacker who recently breached a U.S. government crypto wallet and stole around $20 million has returned $19.3 million. According to Arkham Intelligence, the returned amount consists of $13.19 million in aUSDC and 2,408 ETH. The hacked wallet was previously linked to the Bitfinex investigation.
