В нормативах ГТО есть упражнение отжимание, официально называется «сгибание и разгибание рук в упоре лежа на полу», надо грудью коснуться пола. Подпихивание всякого в лифчик барышнями на этом этапе норма уже более 50 лет.
Польский пловец Бартоломей Кубковский переплыл Балтийское море за 55 часов. Расстояние примерно 160 км. Это была его пятая попытка. В прошлом году он потерял сознание за 10 км до финиша. Самое главное - это не спать всю дистанцию, не представляю себе как это.
