Fasting on the Day of Arafah Expiates the Sins of Two Years. Yes you heard that right . ‎ ‎On the authority of Abee Qataadah رضي الله عنه who said that: Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked concerning fasting on the day of ‘Arafah so he said: "It expiates sins of the previous year as well as the following year." ‎[صحيح مسلم ١٢٥٠]✅

From the Day of Arafah, that is from the 9th of Dhul Hijjah until Asr of the 13th of Dhul Hijjah, after every fard salah, instead of tasbeeh, say the Takbeer-e-Tashreeq: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. La ilaha illallahu wallahu Akbar. Allahu Akbar wa lillahil hamd."
