С Тинькофф выпустила кейс о том, как отдел рисков защитил деньги клиента. Я поговорила с экспертом банка, придумала канву и собрала историю — хотелось соединить детективную линию и рассказ о системе защиты. Кажется, получилось неплохо. Но дело не в моем могучем уме. Над кейсом работала команда: пиар, риски, юристы, корректоры и дизайнеры. Еще здорово, что компания не испугалась рассказывать внутрянку, а это редко б…
