-0.5% уже им не в радость, вот к чему приводят завышенные ожидания. Но теперь все поменялось, не ждут к концу года сильного снижения ставки ЦБ. И когда в июне опустят на -1% это уже будет W😱W эффект. Так что готовьтесь, дальние облиги с фикс купоном уже не упадут, а как вы хотели, ставка купона уже 14%! На 12-14 лет можно такую зафиксировать. Зачем вы дома и квартиры покупаете? Жить что ли негде. Купите лучше ОФЗ 262…

Всем привет, подгружать графики сюда уже проблематично. Переходим в Макс. Я понимаю что кто-то не приемлет этот мессенджер. Но что делать🤷♂ никого не заставляю. Ссылочку сброшу позже.
Юань/рубль растёт, ставка Русфар CNY который день выше 10% годовых. Когда шортили юань в прошлом году ставки были даже отрицательные. Теперь те, кто находился в валютных облигациях видят хорошие плюса. Ну может не плюса, если заходили высоко. Но знают ли они, как защитить себя от возможного снижения курса валют не продавая валютные облигации при курсе, предположим, 12,3-12.5 за юань? Это я Вам расскажу в следующе…
Сегодня первый день рабочий после китайского нового года, чуда не произошло, ставка rusfar CNY 10% ! Была надежда, что все таки повышенный спрос на валюту был из-за больших китайских праздников. Почему на этом акцентирую внимание, многие шортили юань в расчёте на дешевую ликвидность, объёмы колоссальные!. Может пойти обратный эффект, начнут крыть шортовые позиции по валюте. Сегодня котировка cnyrub уже подросла на 2…

Среднесрочные ориентиры по доходностям выглядят так, безрисковая ставка сейчас 12%. Это купоны по ОФЗ (фикс. купон) средней дюрации и ставка по вкладам на 1 год. В динамике 1 года произошло снижение доходности примерно на 3%. К чему я это?! А к тому что чутка аппетит к рисковым инструментам подрос. И по мере роста цены на облиги с фикс купоном, будут расти цены на акции, потихоньку, среднесрочно. Небольшие коррективы…

ОФЗ 26238. Будем считать, что программа минимум выполнена. На кармане +5% на курсовой разнице, плюс зафиксировали относительно высокий купон. Но мы его взяли не для спекуляций, хотя можно и выйти в Ликвидность LQDT или захеджировать фьючерсом на индекс RGBI. Шорт фьючерса это не только (ценный мех, но и 3-4 килограмма диетического мяса)) защита от снижения цены, но и получить доп. доход в виде "контанго", соразмерно …
