يذكر الطالب بالطلب سبب الاعتراض ومعلوماته كاملة الاسم الثلاثي والرقم الجامعي والتخصص والفئة

كل طالب حضر في المختبر والامتحان واسمه غير موجود بقوائم العلامات عليه مراجعة المختبر, وكل طالب لديه اعتراض على العلامة يتقدم بطلب عبر النافذة الواحدة ثم لرئيس قسم العلوم الاساسية وتجمع الطلبات عنده, لن يتم استقبال اي طلب في المختبر فقط يتم التجميع عند رئيس القسم بطريقة نظامية
