Пришли все основные дивиденды уже в этом году - суммарно вышло 410.000, до конца года остаются уже совсем мелкие выплаты. Это новый рекорд. Да, при падающем рынке не сильно радует, поскольку важна именно доходность, но тем не менее, дивидендная пенсия (как ее в инвест каналах называют) у меня уже 34 тысячи в месяц - неплохо.

Если у Вас есть возможность НИ ЗА ЧТО не берите ипотеку в ВТБ. Я не раз сталкивалась с проблемами со стороны банка, но с таким неадекватным отношением как у ВТБ с нашей нынешней сделкой сталкиваюсь впервые. Уровень неадекватности просто зашкаливает. Расскажу все позже, как сделка наконец пройдет.
