پس از گذشت یک سال، ویرایش پنجم 2800 منتشر شد. افسوس اکثریت افرادی که بهطور ذاتی محاسب نیستند و حتی در طول سال حتی یک یا دو سازه را طراحی نمیکنند (با استثنای تعداد اندکی قابل احترام)، موجب تصویب این آیین نامه شدند.
