Это не микросхема, а тоже семейное древо. Составлено ещё в первой трети XIX века для целей сугубо прикладных: подтверждения дворянского происхождения и проч. Восходит к князю 15-го века. На простых крестьян вы такие едва ли найдете, но на знатных персонажей вполне. Искать можно в фондах Сената и местных дворянских собраний — там такого в изобилии.

Мне тут показали замечательное — макет дома, где родился дедушка. По старым фотографиям, нарисованному от руки плану и воспоминаниям самого героя был воссоздан интерьер сибирского пятистенка.
