دسیسه چینی راجب چی بوده؟ اشاره کردم که دانتس ملوان بوده، در حین ماموریتی که در ابتدای کتاب بهش اشاره شده، به خاطر دستور کاپیتان قبلیِ کشتی که فوت شده، به جزیره الب میره و از بزرگ مارشال یک نامه دریافت میکنه تا اونو به پاریس برسونه بزرگ مارشال یکی از سرداران ارتش ناپلئون بوده که همین موضوع باعث میشه به دانتس تهمت جاسوسی زده بشه، اینکه دانتس جاسوس ناپلئونه و به بوربون ها خیانت میکنه و حالا در ادامه داستان فعل و انفعالا…
