📌 لو أنتجت الأرض مرتين لا يجمع بين الزرعين في الزكاة بلا خلاف، ومعنى هذا أن الأرض لو أنتجت ثلاثة أوسق فهي دون النصاب فلا تجب فيها الزكاة فأنتجت مرة أخرى ثلاثة أوسق وهذا دون النصاب ولا تجب فيه الزكاة، فإنه لا يجمع هذا إلى هذا فتكون ستة أوسق وتجب فيها الزكاة. #العبادات

📌 الخرص هو تقدير كمية الثمار وهي على شجرها وهو سنة بلا خلاف والقول بأنه منسوخ قول شاذ، ولا خلاف بين أهل العلم أن الخرص يكون في أول ما يطيب الثمر ويزهى بحمرة أو صفرة وكذلك العنب إذا جرى فيه الماء وطاب أكله، أما الحبوب فإنها لا تخرص بلا خلاف بين أهل العلم. #العبادات

📌أجمع أهل العلم على أن الأوقاص ليست فيها زكاة، وهذا يشمل الإبل، ومعنى الأوقاص؛ لو كان عند إنسان خمسة من الإبل فيخرج عليها شاة واحدة ولو كان عنده عشرة من الإبل فعليها شاتان، فلو كان عنده ثمانية فيخرج شاة واحدة عن الخمسة أما الثلاثة الزائدة عن الخمسة فليس فيها زكاة، فهذه الثلاثة تسمى الأوقاص. #العبادات
